Pierre & Vacances Pas De La Casa Princesa Apartamentos

Poorly maintained and dirty property with missing pillow covers, not enough bedsheets, no duvet covers and dirty duvets with holes in them. Had to request clean duvets that didn't arrive till following evening. Shocking!!! No mountain view even though I paid £240 extra for it. Heating not working properly either. Didn't had a cot for our 1 year old baby so I constantly had to worry about the safety of my baby. Check in process absolutely ridiculous, had to queue on the stairs behind their office doors for more then 2 hours to collect the keys. Reception said we would be compensated for the stress and troubles our family experienced, however they have never actually honoured it. My wife has tried to contact them multiple times and instead of putting things right they have blocked her. Absolute joke!!!!

I would like to say that the apartments are supposed to be for 4 people, but its only comfortable for two. The sofa was awful to sleep in, and there was no itimity. A part from that, the apartments are clean and has enough plates, cutlery...The access to the slopes was the best thing about it as you could ski right to the door and you had ski lockers. I will recommend these apartments for couples but not for groups of friends.

Room seemed a lot more basic than advertised especially when we paid for a suite. It didn't feel like we were getting much more value for our money based on the quality of the rooms. Corridors are loud and we were constantly woken up by guests coming in late in the evening/early morning. Could also clearly hear the guests in neighbouring rooms too. On two nights they were banging on the door next to ours at 3am which probably woke up the whole floor! Didn't trust the ski lockers as half were broken and some even had the doors missing. Doesn't look like this area is locked in the evening so we kept our equipment elsewhere. The gentleman on reception was incredibly rude. Reception was advertised as being open between 9am and 1pm but this isn't the case. Returned a few times to find it closed and on our final day were made to feel like an inconvenience for visiting during the opening times. Don't advertise the opening hours if you aren't going to adhere to them. There were another three guests who visited while we were waiting only to be greeted by a very argumentative, condescending man who clearly had somewhere better to be! Tried P&V twice now and been let down on both occasions so won't be using them again.
